Factory issue?

One of the hoops broke/ got bent. The one next to the clasp that hooks the necklace together. Do better in the future people because the chain wasn’t cheap. The design however is cute and it’s nice and sparkly.

A beautiful piece overall. The letter spacing was slightly off between two characters, which affected the visual balance just a bit. ( The first "S" appears to be almost floating a little Higher) That said, I overall love the piece and would happily order again—next time with a different font to ensure more consistent spacing/alignment .

      Bought a nameplate and bought the Figaro necklace that they offer. It was really thin but thought nothing of it. It did come what it looked like it was about to break since it was thin. Then the links started to break. Definitely don’t recommend buying the necklace. But overall everything else looks great
