Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days for gold plated jewelry and 7 days for real 14k & 10k gold jewelry & .925 silver jewelry. (The day the order is delivered counts as the first day for the return window.) If 14 (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All Real gold jewelry/silver is subject to additional return fees due to cost associated with custom sizing and/or shipping costs & transaction fees of valuable metals. (EST. $9-200 depending on order value) REQUEST FOR STORE CREDIT WILL NOT HAVE ANY RETURN FEES.

NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY (ENGRAVED BRACELETS, NAMEPLATES, NAME RINGS, LETTER PENDANTS, LETTER RINGS, ANYTHING WE CONSIDER CUSTOM JEWELRY IT IS UP TO US TO DETERMINE IF IT'S CUSTOM AND IF WE CAN OR CANNOT CANCEL/REFUND.)

NO REFUNDS ON WHOLESALE ORDERS

ALL STORE CREDIT SALES ARE FINAL, ONCE STORE CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For claims regarding items not received but post office shows delivery, you have 21 days of delivery to notify us of this issue otherwise we are not able to provide any further assistance.

For orders not received and post office shows no delivery/delivery, we can provide replacement order for your items.

RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS / SHIPPING FEE:

All orders returned due to being unclaimed will be automatically resent without signature required. If your order is returned for a second time to us because the address was not valid or you did not pick up your item at the post office in the time allotted, we will have to charge you for the shipping that was paid for when sending your order.

INVALID ADDRESS RESEND SHIPPING FEE:

We are not responsible for invalid address being provided. If your order is returned to us because the address was not valid or you did not pick up your item at the post office in the time allotted and we have to send you the order again, you will have to pay the shipping to resend your order and or pay any shipping fees once the order is returned to sender due to invalid address. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations on any custom jewelry orders are possible once the order is placed. No cancellations on orders $500. We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests on any orders made. Due to volume of orders received and processing times, we may not be able to cancel any orders if requested. 

CANCEL ORDER FEES:

Credit card processors are no longer refunding us the 2.3% transaction fee that they charge on all orders. If you order something from our website and you decide to cancel it, there will be a 2.3% fee for cancelling your order per our discretion (especially on orders over $200).
