Gorgeous ring, bad craftsmanship

It’s a gorgeous ring don’t get me wrong, but for what I payed I would expect the stones to not be loose or falling off!! Had to take to my personal jeweler today to get those stones set, on top of the $400+ I payed for the ring I’m not super happy.
