I had problems with my shipping the item came 2 days later than expected. Customer service was in contact with me immediately and sent me a refund on my shipping. Love the new chain everybody I come in to contact does also. Can't stop getting compliments on it even if thee person has already complimented me on it. Customer service quality is just as unbelievable as their products. I plan on doing many more purchases with them.

Looks nice & lightweight.

Four stars because of the holes it has on the backside & it flips over while wearing it. Other than that it looks really nice & shipping was fast. I used the 10% discount code which was a great deduction. I have only worn it a few times.

Nice

Purchased for 13 yo birthday! Was substantial without breaking the bank. Arrived on time and appears sturdy and of good quality.

Satisfied

I was so happy and satisfied with my purchase. The picture doesn’t do justice ya’ll. This was a birthday present for my man and he loves it! I got to say, you won’t go wrong with this purchase. :)
