item its not as shown as the picture tryed to return it for a refound , its not even cut you have to cut it to split the heart yourself . DO NOT BUY .
This is incorrect, I'm really not sure where the confusion is. The picture clearly shows it's one pendant together, the middle is precut for you. No where in the pictures does it show 2 separate pieces. The middle is precut and you can split it that way. Some people like to wear it as one single pendant and some people like 2 split it in two, we can do it for you or you can do it yourself very easily as the middle is precut for you. Pendant matches the images as well as the customer reviews left by other customers.
Can the Pendant spilt apart?
The peices had a large gap between and not filled like photo. It’s so flat it looks like a plate they just punched the design into and the sides are not risen like in photo they are actually super flat and the outer ridges don’t go around the entire outside. The pattern can be seen from the back because it is thin. OH also the letters “Te Amo” have a weird bar across the letters? Very lightweight but I wanted something a little heavier and is close enough to picture to get three stars but looks like they sacrificed a lot of material. Makes sense for price but would have been willing to pay more for the original design tbh. Very disappointed personally. I put pictures from Walmart along with my own personal photos. it looks literally exactly like these for reference.

Sorry to hear that, in terms of the pendant, this is the current model, what happens is there is always a slight variation on the pendants because these designs are over 3-4 years old and they're all handmade so sometimes manufacturer will slightly change design we just don't update the picture because it's only a slight change. The gap is on both versions but yes it does appear to be a little more flat, the back is the same on both though. The pendant it’s cute but the chain has few pieces that bothers you they didn’t clean it good can give you little cuts on your neck
