Pretty Pendant

This is a pretty pendant. The price was fair. I saw similar pendants like this but this one was different because the money bag is not in the center of the pendant but instead is on the bottom of the $100 flat bar and it dangles! However, I took off one star because they initially advertised that this pendant was 1.7" and it was only 1.4" In jewelry, that's a huge difference in size. Also customer service was dismissive of my concern stating that it was a typing error when the picture on their selling page clearly showed the pendant was 1.7". Then customer service stated that they only check that the gram weight is correct and price it accordingly. Ridiculous excuse. Where is quality assurance? How do you purchase an item and not verify it is exactly as stated in all aspects. Anyway, I kept the pendant because I do like it. I just didn't like the false advertisement or the nonchalant attitude of customer service. They have since corrected the picture and description of this pendant which is probably why I am just now getting a request to review the pendant which I've had for 3 weeks now.
