Overpriced semi-hollow gold, misleading photos, and unfair return fees. Items look smaller in person, customer service was unhelpful, and customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority.

The customer went back and forth in lengthy emails being explained the free non fee options and the fee options. We have FREE store credit / EXCHANGES, if they want a refund, return fees are applicable. Customer was explained this via email around 3-4 times clearly and they acknowledged and understood. They at first were fine and agreed to it. They then change their mind and accuse us of selling "not real 10k" jewelry without any proof. We decided to just refund the customer and close their account and not proceed with any further business. Future sellers be known about this guy.
