My second time having to write a review lol because they deleted my other one goes to show what my other sentence is going to prove. So I recently purchased a ring from this site thinking it was a reliable website to purchase gold but just after 5 days of wearing the ring the “E” came off. Very unsatisfied and disappointed as it looked like if the letter “E” was not soldered onto the ring itself but just stuck on like they used glue.
From our previous conversation via email you requested to return it for a different letter which we did for FREE at no cost (even though we had to pay for shipping twice + return shipping ($30) + resizing the ring for you again, if you were not happy with it you could have again requested to return it but we did not hear anything back from you until this review, the ring might have been a manufacturer defect which can happen, what I can tell you is that do this day we have sold 397 of these letter rings and have received little to no complaints regarding this. It looks like it probably got caught on something and it broke as the ring is a 3D letter that pops out. Unless you request to return it there's no way for us to know because you decided to let us know via review that you broke it.
