I really love the jewelry I ordered but faced a few issues with ordering. Part of my order was and still is wrong. I ordered the Aztec pendant with a 24in chain included and a second 20in chain without the pendant. I received the beautiful pendant with the wrong size chain and I only realized it was wrong after I received the second chain which was the same size as the one that came with the pendant. I appreciate the help I received the first time for the missing chain but I decided against trying to fix the second issue I had because I hate having to jump through hoops. I was so excited to order from here since it was a gift for someone dear to me but I wont be ordering from here again. The pendant is beautiful in person. I just wish I didnt have this many issues with ordering. One issue I could live with, but two issues? It’s just a bit discouraging.
