I ordered the centenario pendant and chain..I was concerned about shipping and called and all was explained and to my surprise it arrived early...item was a nice size piece only problem was it was a gift and had arrived damaged kinda scratched and it was very noticeable but it was still a beautiful piece...I called fran & co and they immediately sent me a return label and I was able to return it to get a refund and Im actually buying 2 more pieces even though my first was damaged it was still beautiful workmanship and after the great customer service Im at ease buying again because I know they stand behind their items.
